MDF cut to size
Send us your sizes and we cut them on a beam saw, edge what needs edging and deliver. Before you order, put your parts through the optimiser above the fold — it tells you how many boards the cut actually needs, which is usually fewer than the area suggests.
Open the free cut list optimiser- Standard MDF, moisture resistant (MR), fire rated (FR), Tricoya and Valchromat.
- Veneered MDF in oak, ash, walnut and more — crown cut and quarter cut.
- Edging in ABS or melamine, applied to the edges you name.
- Sheet is 2440 × 1220 mm as standard; 3050 × 1220 and 3050 × 1525 for tall panels.

Questions
What tolerance do you cut to?
Parts are cut to the millimetre you give us. Give finished sizes, not nominal ones — we do not subtract for edging unless you say so.
Do you cut curves or shapes?
The saw cuts straight lines. Shapes, radii and cut-outs are a CNC job — send the drawing and we will tell you whether we can do it.
How many boards will my list need?
Put the list into the optimiser. It packs the real rectangles, allows for the saw kerf and tells you the board count before you commit.
